AI-powered document extraction pipeline built for a professional services test scenario. Reads incoming invoice PDFs, extracts line items, validates against POs, and posts to Xero automatically.

AI Support Chatbot
A context-aware chatbot trained on product documentation. Handles FAQs, routes complex queries to human agents, and logs all conversations back to CRM with topic classification.
WhatsApp Appointment Booking Bot
A WhatsApp bot that handles appointment scheduling for a service business. Checks availability via API, confirms bookings in-chat, sends reminders, and syncs to Google Calendar.
Founder Analytics Dashboard
An internal reporting dashboard for a startup operator. Aggregates data from Stripe, Google Analytics, and PostgreSQL into a single clean view with weekly digest emails.

A custom internal tool replacing spreadsheet-based operations tracking. Role-based access, automated status updates on state changes, and Slack notifications for the team.
Multi-Source API Aggregator
A middleware layer that aggregates data from four external APIs into a normalised schema, caches results with Redis, and exposes a single clean REST endpoint for the frontend.
Accounts Payable Automation
An AI document extraction pipeline that reads incoming invoice PDFs from an email inbox, extracts line items and totals, matches against purchase orders, routes for approval, and posts approved invoices to Xero.
Shopify Post-Purchase Automation
A complete post-purchase sequence for a Shopify store — order confirmation, shipping notification, delivery confirmation, and a timed review request — all triggered automatically from Shopify order events.
