What is the Protect Pack?
The Protect Pack sets up Axioprax's Fraud Hold and Bot Cleanup kits together in your Shopify store, plus card-testing protection and a check of the settings that cause problems at peak times. It costs $499 as a one-off, which is $199 less than buying the two kits separately.
Is it a monthly subscription?
No. You pay once and the setup is yours. There is no monthly fee and nothing to cancel.
Will it stop every fraudulent order or chargeback?
No setup can promise that. It holds risky orders for a person to check, blocks repeat offenders and keeps your evidence ready, which cuts the orders that usually turn into chargebacks. It does not lift a payout hold or win a dispute for you.
Do you need my password?
No. We work through a Shopify collaborator account, which you approve and can remove at any time.
What does the guarantee cover?
If anything we installed does not work as described within 30 days, we fix it free. If we cannot fix it, we refund that part of the price.
Does it work on any Shopify plan?
The holds, tagging and checks work on all current Shopify plans with Shopify Flow. Fraud Control rules need Shopify Payments. We confirm what applies to your store before you pay.
