Shopify Post-Purchase Automation
A post-purchase sequence for a Shopify store: order confirmation, shipping notice, delivery confirmation and a timed review request, all from order events.
Problem (test scenario)
Post-purchase emails were sent manually and inconsistently. Review requests were forgotten most of the time.
What we built
An n8n workflow triggered by Shopify order status changes, handling the full post-purchase communication sequence.
How it works
