The Founding 10 is a free offer for ten live Shopify stores. We fix one operations problem in your store through a collaborator account, in up to two hours, by 18 November 2026. In return you share the before and after numbers and let us write a short case study, which you review first.
What you get

What we ask in return

- Permission to publish a case study. You read it first and can stay anonymous.
- A 15 minute call when the fix is done.
How it works

- 03You approve accessYou share your collaborator code and accept the request with only the permissions the fix needs.
- 04We fix itUp to two hours, done by 18 November. We write down every setting we change so you can undo it.
- 05You remove accessOnce you are happy, you remove the collaborator account. Then we compare the numbers together.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Founding 10?
It is a free offer for ten live Shopify stores. We fix one operations problem in your store, such as card testing orders, missed low stock, stuck orders or payout reconciliation, at no cost. In return you share the before and after numbers and let us write a short case study.
Who can apply?
Live Shopify stores selling mainly in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or the EU, with roughly $10,000 a month in sales or more. Smaller stores can still apply; we just give priority to stores where the fix will show up clearly in the numbers.
How much work is the fix?
Up to two hours of our time on one clearly defined problem. If the problem needs more than that, we tell you before we start and you decide whether to go further. Nothing is charged unless you agree to it in writing.
Do you need my password?
No. We never ask for a password. You give us a collaborator account, which Shopify designed for this. You choose exactly what it can see and do, it does not use one of your staff seats, and you can remove it at any time.
Will my store name be published?
Only if you say yes. You read the case study before it goes live and can ask for your store name, figures or anything else to be left out.
When is it finished?
All Founding 10 fixes are completed by 18 November 2026, before the Black Friday week, so nothing changes in your store during the busiest days of the year.
