This Privacy Policy describes how Axioprax (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses information from visitors to https://www.axioprax.com and from clients and prospective clients who contact us.

We keep this policy as clear and specific as possible. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Information We Collect

Contact form submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, work email address, company name, your role, website URL (if provided), a description of your project, your current systems and project stage.

AI-assisted features

The “Ask Axioprax” assistant and project brief tool send your typed query to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to generate a recommendation. We do not send your name, email or other identifying information as part of this request — only the text you type into that specific field.

Cookies

This site stores a single value in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie-consent choice. It does not set analytics or advertising cookies. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data; doing so has no effect on core website functionality.

How We Use Information

We use information you submit to:

• Respond to your project enquiry
• Assess whether your project is a good fit for our services
• Communicate with you during an engagement
• Send updates you have specifically requested

We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent. We do not use your information for advertising or remarketing.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect information in transit and at rest. Contact form data is transmitted over HTTPS. Submitted enquiries are stored in Airtable and processed through n8n, a workflow automation platform — both maintain their own security standards and access controls.

Data Retention

We keep contact form and enquiry data in Airtable for as long as it is relevant to an active or prospective engagement, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. If we take you on as a client, project records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see Your Rights below.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this website: Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing for the “Ask Axioprax” assistant and project brief tool), n8n (workflow automation for routing enquiries) and Airtable (storing submitted enquiries). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

We do not share personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our services to you (e.g. routing your enquiry through an email service) or where required by law.

Your Rights

You may request to access, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are located in the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under GDPR or UK GDPR. We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to your enquiry and assessing project fit.
