What is Axioprax?

Axioprax is a CRM, Shopify and automation consultancy run by its founder. It builds and repairs the automation that moves work between business tools: web forms, inboxes, CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce, Shopify, and internal tools, so every enquiry has an owner and a follow-up. Axioprax is a venture of Adfox Edge Consultancy Private Limited.

Who is Axioprax for?

Founders, operations leads and directors at companies of roughly 1 to 50 people, usually where HubSpot, Shopify or both are already in place and the process between them was never properly built. If you have a full internal engineering team, you probably do not need Axioprax.

How much does Axioprax cost?

For Shopify stores, the Store Ops Audit is $249, with the fee credited against any Kit, including the $349 kits. The Store Kits are $349 each, the Larger Shopify Kits run from $450 to $1,200, and Store Watch, a monthly check that what we built is still working, is $129 a month. Custom CRM and automation work runs in three stages. Diagnose is from $750: an audit and a written plan. Custom projects (Salesforce, HubSpot, n8n, AI agents, chatbots, integrations and websites) are from $2,500, and apps and MVPs from $3,000, each scoped and priced in writing before any payment. Operate is from $1,000 a month, is optional, and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. You can stop after any stage.

Does it cost anything to describe my problem?

No. Describing your workflow at axioprax.com/start is free. A person reads every enquiry and replies with questions or next steps. The Diagnose stage is paid work with a written deliverable.

Where is Axioprax based?

Axioprax delivers projects remotely from India and takes on work from the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Meetings are by arrangement in your business hours, on Google Meet.

What are Axioprax Store Kits and what do they cost?

Store Kits are scoped automation for one part of a Shopify store, each with a written scope and a published price agreed before any payment. The Store Ops Audit is $249, with the fee credited against any Kit, including the $349 kits. The Store Kits are $349 each: Stocky Rescue (available), Bot Cleanup (available), Tracking Check (coming soon), Fraud Hold (available). The Larger Shopify Kits run from $450 to $1,200. Details are at axioprax.com/store-kits.

When does the Stocky export window close?

Shopify's Help page "Transitioning from Stocky" says Stocky is no longer available as of 31 August 2026 and that merchants have read-only access to export their data for at least 90 days after that. That puts the earliest close at about 29 November 2026. Shopify says "at least", so it may stay open longer. Source checked 20 Oct 2026.

Is the Stocky Rescue kit available, and what does it cost?

Yes. KIT-01 Stocky Rescue is available at $349, with no founding discount: the Stocky export deadline sets the timing. It archives what Stocky still lets you export, rebuilds your supplier list, and puts the weekly reorder routine back with a Google Sheet, a Monday email and Shopify's own purchase orders. A free Stocky export checklist, with no email needed, is at axioprax.com/store-kits/stocky-rescue#export-checklist. To start, describe your store at axioprax.com/start.

Can anyone block bots on Shopify-hosted checkout?

No one outside Shopify can block traffic to Shopify-hosted checkout. What can be reduced is what bots cost a store: fake sign-ups in the email list, abandoned-checkout emails sent to fake checkouts, junk customer accounts and polluted reports. That is what the Bot Cleanup kit covers.

Which currencies does Axioprax quote in?

Prices are shown and billed in US dollars. Local-currency quotes are available in GBP, EUR, AUD and CAD.

Does Axioprax have client case studies?

Not yet. Every build on the site is labelled either Axioprax Lab, built on synthetic data to demonstrate a pattern, or Concept Build, and the three Shopify demo builds in Insights run on a fictional demo store with synthetic data. None of them is client work. Axioprax publishes no client logos, testimonials or client results. The first case study will come from a founding Store Kit customer, with their written permission. The interactive Shopify to HubSpot demo lets you test how a build handles failures.

What is the Axioprax Reliability Layer?

It is the baseline included in every implementation: retries and fallbacks so work queues when an API is down, duplicate prevention, human approval gates for anything irreversible, monitoring and alerts, full documentation, and written recovery procedures.

Can Axioprax fix an existing n8n workflow that keeps failing?

Yes. Automation Reliability covers workflows that fail silently, retry wrongly, create duplicate records or stopped working after a platform change. The work starts by finding the failure modes, then hardening, monitoring and documenting the workflow.

Does Axioprax sync Shopify with HubSpot?

Yes. Orders, customers and fulfilment events can be connected to HubSpot or another agreed CRM, with duplicate prevention and a documented path for exceptions.

Which tools does Axioprax work with?

CRMs and business systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM and Microsoft 365; automation with n8n, Make, APIs, webhooks and MCP; AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google; communication through WhatsApp, Slack, Twilio and email; and engineering in TypeScript, Python, Node.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, AWS and Vercel. The stack is chosen per project.

Who owns the automation after delivery?

You do. Code, workflow configurations and documentation are handed over on delivery, so you are not locked in to Axioprax.

Does Axioprax sign an NDA?

Yes, on request, and before any client details are shared.

Does Axioprax work with agencies?

Yes. Agencies can have automation and AI work delivered white-label under their own brand, at the same rates as direct clients. Axioprax does not contact or solicit agency clients.

When is automation not worth it?

When volume is low or nobody owns the exceptions. For example, below roughly five enquiries a week, a named person and a recurring reminder usually beat a workflow. Axioprax will say so if a workflow is not worth automating.
