WhatsApp Appointment Booking Bot
A WhatsApp bot for a service business that checks availability through an API, confirms bookings in the chat, sends reminders and syncs to Google Calendar.
Problem (test scenario)
Receptionists were booking appointments by typing into a calendar while customers waited on WhatsApp.
What we built
A concept bot that extracts intent and slots, checks a calendar API, confirms in-chat, and sets a reminder.
