Managed Automation

Managed Automation

Someone responsible for the systems that run your revenue.

Why this exists

An automation is not a deliverable, it is a dependency. The API it relies on will change. Your process will change. Something will fail on a Friday night.

Most teams don't need this — a well-built workflow can run untouched for a long time. It's worth it when a silent failure would actually cost you something.

What's included

Proactive monitoring

Every workflow watched, with alerts to us rather than silence to you.

Fixes included

When something breaks, fixing it is part of the fee, not a new quote.

A monthly review

What ran, what failed, what we changed, what we'd suggest next.

A change allowance

A set amount of adjustment each month as your process evolves.

A named owner

You know exactly who to contact.

What's not included

Net-new builds. If you want another workflow automated, that is a new Implement engagement. We'll tell you which it is before doing the work.

Terms

From $1,000/month

Rolling, cancel with 30 days' notice. No minimum term.

If we can't point to something specific this is protecting, we'll tell you not to buy it.
